HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your sweatshirt color.
2. Select your sweatshirt size. All sweatshirts are unisex sizing.
3. Complete the personalization section with all details you would like included in your design.
4. Upload your photo, logo, design, or inspiration image when placing your order.
5. If you need to send multiple photos, email them to aprilchawthorne@gmail.com with your ORDER NUMBER as the subject line.
6. You may also text your photos or additional order information to 443-977-1353. Please include your ORDER NUMBER in your text so your information can be matched to the correct order.
7. Please allow 24–48 business hours for your custom design/proof.
8. Your proof will be sent for approval before printing. Nothing will be printed until you approve your design.

PLEASE NOTE: The quality of the images you provide directly affects the quality of your finished design. Blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images may result in a lower-quality finished design.

Sweatshirt color may also affect how certain colors in your design appear. If needed, your design may be adjusted to work better with the sweatshirt color you select.

NEED TO SEND MULTIPLE PHOTOS?

If your design requires multiple pictures and you are unable to upload them all with your order, please email them to aprilchawthorne@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT: The subject line of your email MUST be your ORDER NUMBER so your photos can be matched to the correct order.

You may also text message me with your photos or additional information regarding your order. Please include your order number when texting so I can easily identify your order.

DESIGN TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow 24–48 business hours for your custom design/proof to be created.

Weekends and holidays are NOT production days.

I may choose to work on orders, designs, or proofs during weekends and holidays at my discretion, but these days are not included in the stated turnaround time and should not be expected or counted as production days.

PROOF APPROVAL

A proof will be provided for approval before printing.

Please review your proof carefully. Nothing will be printed until your design is approved.

DESIGN & REVISION POLICY

Custom orders include up to TWO revisions.

Revisions are intended for reasonable changes to the original design and are not complete redesigns.

If additional design work or a completely new concept is requested after the design process has started, an additional design fee will apply.

No free mockups are created prior to purchase.

SWEATSHIRT SIZING

All sweatshirts are UNISEX sizing.

Unisex sweatshirts are designed to provide a comfortable fit for both men and women. Please select your normal size for a standard fit. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized look, consider sizing up.

Please review the size chart before ordering, as sizing preferences can vary.

IMPORTANT

Please make sure all names, dates, spelling, photos, and other personalization information are correct when submitting your order.

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to differences in screens, monitors, printing methods, and garment materials.

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

PRODUCTION

Production begins after your design has been approved.

Business/production days are Monday–Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not included in production turnaround times.

Please order early if your sweatshirt is needed for a specific event or date.
