Turn your idea into a custom shirt created especially for you! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, family trip, girls’ trip, reunion, anniversary, special event, or have a unique idea you’d like brought to life, Covered By April Custom Creations will create a personalized design based on the details and inspiration you provide.

HOW IT WORKS

Place your order and select your shirt size and color. After your order is placed, submit all design details, exact wording, photos, colors, and inspiration you would like incorporated into your design.

Your custom design will be created based on the information provided. You will receive a design proof to review before printing, and your order includes up to TWO (2) revisions.

Once your final design is approved, production will begin. No changes, corrections, or additional revisions can be made after final approval.

DESIGN DETAILS

To ensure your design reflects your vision as accurately as possible, please provide complete and specific design instructions before the design process begins.

When applicable, please provide:

• Exact wording, spelling, names, dates, and numbers
• Preferred colors
• Theme and overall style
• Photos or graphics
• Inspiration or reference images
• Placement and layout preferences
• Any additional elements you would like incorporated

Your initial design will be created according to the information submitted with your design request. Any detail that is important to the final appearance of your design should be included with your original design instructions.

SPECIFIC FONTS & COLORS

If a specific font is required, please provide the exact font name or font file, when applicable.

If a specific color or shade is required, please provide the exact color code (HEX, RGB, CMYK, or another appropriate color reference).

General color descriptions such as “light blue,” “dark purple,” “hot pink,” or “gold” can represent a variety of shades. Providing an exact color reference allows your requested shade to be incorporated as accurately as possible.

DESIGN PROOFS & REVISION POLICY

Your custom design includes up to TWO (2) revisions following the initial design proof.

Revisions are intended for minor adjustments to the original design created from the details initially provided. Examples include minor adjustments to sizing, placement, or individual design elements.

Revisions do not include completely new designs or alternate design concepts.

Changes to the original design request—including changes to the theme, overall layout, wording, photos, color scheme, font, or other significant design elements—are considered a redesign and will require an additional design fee.

Once the two included revisions have been used, any additional revisions will require an additional design fee before further design work is completed.

Providing complete design details at the beginning of the process helps ensure the initial design closely reflects your vision and minimizes the need for additional revisions.

FINAL PROOF & APPROVAL

Please carefully review your final proof before approving it, including:

Spelling • Names • Dates • Numbers • Colors • Photos • Placement • Overall Design

Final approval confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the design exactly as presented.

Once final approval is received, the design is considered complete and no changes, corrections, or additional revisions can be made. Production will begin using the exact design that was approved.

SHIRT COLORS

Custom sublimation shirts are currently available in:

White
Gray

IMPORTANT – SUBLIMATION DOES NOT PRINT WHITE INK

When selecting a gray shirt, any white areas within the design will not print white. Those areas will show the gray color of the shirt instead.

If your design contains important white elements or you would like the colors to appear as bright and vibrant as possible, a white shirt is recommended.

ABOUT SUBLIMATION

Sublimation is different from traditional iron-on transfers. The design is permanently infused into the fibers of the shirt rather than applied as a layer on top of the fabric.

This creates a smooth finish with no heavy, raised, or vinyl-like feel and no transfer layer sitting on top of the shirt.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Please note that colors may appear differently across phones, tablets, computer monitors, and other digital displays. Screen brightness, display settings, device type, and individual screen calibration can affect how colors are displayed.

The sublimation process and selected shirt color may also affect the final appearance of certain colors and shades.

For these reasons, an exact match between colors displayed on your screen and the finished printed product cannot be guaranteed.

If a particular color or shade is required, please provide the exact color code or appropriate color reference with your original design details.

CUSTOM ORDER & REFUND POLICY

Custom orders are created specifically for each customer and require dedicated design and production time.

Once the design process has begun, the order is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after design work has started.

Custom designs are not created or released prior to an order being placed.

Please ensure that all order information and design requirements are complete before submitting your custom order.
