Custom Design Process

Once your order is placed and payment is received, your design slot is secured and I begin creating your mock-up.

You will receive a design proof (mock-up) through Shopify messaging or email.

It is very important that you respond to the mock-up promptly so production stays on schedule.

You may:

• Approve the design
  —or—
• Request adjustments (two free amendments included)

Any revisions beyond the two included may require a design fee.

Custom items are non-refundable once design work has begun.

If you choose not to continue with the physical fan, you may pay for only the work that has already been completed.

 Production Time

Production time begins after your final approval of the design.

Typical production:

• Small quantities: 3–4 business days after design approval
• Larger quantities may require additional time (discussed at ordering)

⛔ Holidays and weekends are not included in production days.

Each custom order will have its own deadline depending on when you order and how many fans you need.

Payment is required upfront to:

• Secure your spot in the production schedule
• Lock in the deadline you provide
• Begin the design work

Because this is a custom product, all orders are made exclusively for you.

Due to the custom nature of this item:

Custom orders are non-refundable once design work has started.

Design time and revisions are included in the price.
