12 Custom Breast Cancer Clack Fans

Covered By April Custom Creations is proud to partner with The Pink Tea Gala in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. As part of this collaboration, each custom Clack Fan will be designed to align with the event’s theme and cause.

We have agreed that Covered By April Custom Creations will be mentioned in the event program, and my business information will be displayed as part of the partnership.

Pricing & Contribution:

• Standard Price Per Fan: $15
• Discounted Contribution Price: $12 each (in support of the cause)
• Total Quantity: 12 Fans
• Total Investment: $144

Design & Approval Process:

• A mockup of the design will be provided for your review.
• You must provide detailed design information (colors, text, images, etc.) so I can bring your vision to life.
• You will receive 2 free revisions.
• Revision requests must be specific and detailed.
• Once the final design is approved, no additional changes can be made and production will begin immediately.

Timeline:

• Final Payment Due: Monday, October 6, 2025
• Completion & Delivery/Pickup Date: November 17, 2025

Payment Terms:

Full payment must be received by October 6, 2025, in order to lock in this agreement and discounted pricing.
